We know that your plans can change. Our cancellation policy ensures that you can book travel knowing you can change or cancel it within our reasonable cancellation window and not be charged.

Courtesy Items

We’ve temporarily removed all passenger courtesy items from our luxury vehicles, and we recommend that our passengers avoid any unnecessary touching of items inside the cabins.

Airflow & Quality

It is currently recommended that our clients allow our chauffeurs to lower the windows to create a better quality of airflow throughout the cabin.  

COVID Safety Protocols

All of our chauffeurs have been thoroughly trained  to clean and disinfect their vehicles according to CDC recommendations.
